If you watched my videos, you know I check grow equipment companies all the time and the only reason why I can do so is because I actually buy all the products to review. I never came into this space to make money but to cut all the fluff and sponsored bullshit associated with growing tutorials. Simply put, you cannot “buy my opinion”. I have spent on average $13k per year on buying products and I don’t accept products from companies because some of them have a dirty little scheme of sending influencers products that have different specs than the ones available to the public. All of the products I recommend are unsponsored items that I purchased and repurchased for growers who I mentor locally. You could see examples of my grows on my channels. Some codes and links generate commission, some don’t, regardless, they’re the best of what I have experienced and I’ll tell you why.

If you’re just getting started, an All in One Tent is like the Easiest thing to get started with. Most of the time, there is significant savings when items are bundled together and it’s the quickest way to get started.

HOWEVER, WHY YOU SHOULD AVOID ALL IN ONE TENTS
Every company has an all in one kit designed to make it “easier” for you to get started with growing. They’re really good deals and undeniably the best bang for the buck, if you need everything that’s included. The main reason why I avoid these kits is because the light never has enough power or dimension to actually cover the tent’s whole XY plane without overpowering the light. These kits work well if you want to get your feet wet with growing, but overall, if you plan on growing for the long term, then you will likely want to upgrade. The oscillating fan that is included in the Spider Farmer Setup is also a POS so expect that to have zero value.

As seen in the video all the way above, I HATE 3 x 3 tents and anyone new to growing will not know what they dont know. Ease of access is one of the most important aspects of growing and unless you got arms like Wembenyama, accessing plants in the back corners will be a pain in the ass. The tent above is 4.6 x 2.3 feet which gives you a total of 10.58 square feet which is more than the 9 square feet a 3 x 3 gives you. This tent has the best mylar and no light leaks and the poles are adequately strong enough for it’s size. Now the reason you need two lights is because LED lights are not intended to be ran at 100%. The dimensions to the linked light is only 25 x 10 inches which doesn’t even cover half of the XY plane of the tent. By having two lights, you will be able to run the lights at 70% which will extend the light’s lifespan and you will also distribute light intensity far more evenly allowing you to actually utilize your grow space and have a more uniform canopy. AC Infinity specializes in inline fans and they also have superior grade carbon which filters out odors better which is why we choose their carbon filter kit. I don’t mess with any of the fancy AI, bluetooth or wifi connected controllers for carbon filters. I have read horror stories and I myself have every controller and have come to the conclusion that the tech infused versions are INFERIOR to the manual ones AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A RELIABLE THERMOMETER/HYDROMETER. Using the readings provided by the govee meter, you can manually respond to the readings to know when to increase or decrease the fan speed. The oscillating fan by AC Infinity has been revised for several generations. I have all the oscillating fans from Spider Farmer, Mars Hydro and Vivosun and none of them last more than a year without the motor breaking down. AC Infinity’s EC model is the only one still trekking along and not to mention, AC Infinity’s customer service is unparalleled, so any issues within a 2 year time frame will result in a replacement.

BEST 4 x 4 SETUP PIECED OUT

For the size of this tent, the quality of the poles absolutely matter and the linked model has enough strength where I could do pull ups on it(170 lbs). This video explains why AC Infinity’s tent is superior and it is the best tent I have ever used. The light featured in this setup boasts 2488 LM301H diodes and the dimensions are 46 x 46 inches which will fit inside a 4 x 4 tent as snug as a bug in a rug. It must be on sale because there is no other light that comes close to the price based on the name brand licensed specs alone. For the same reason as the 2 x 4 setup, AC infinity is recommended for both the oscillating fans and carbon filter kit with the hydrometer/thermometer combo. However, IT IS RECOMMENDED to get 2 of the oscillating fans with this setup instead.
